We’re a team of builders: curious, driven, and relentless about solving the real problem. Around here, feedback is fuel, clarity wins, and change is the default setting. If you’re hungry to grow and ready to leave a dent, you’ll fit right in.

Who You Are

As the Total Rewards Manager, you’ll own the full execution of our benefits, compensation, and total rewards programs. You’ll manage everything from self-insured benefits administration and compliance filings to compensation cycle execution, vendor relationships, and data accuracy across systems.

You’ll work closely with the Finance Leadership and the SVP of People to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, and delivered with precision. This is a strategic individual contributor role for someone who can operate independently, move fluidly between details and big-picture thinking, and make complex systems run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Benefits Administration

  • Own all U.S. and global benefits programs, with primary responsibility for self-insured U.S. health and welfare plans

  • Oversee renewals, stop-loss coordination, funding models, and claims analysis

  • Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and TPAs to optimize cost, compliance, and employee experience

  • Lead open enrollment planning, communication, and execution

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, RxDC, PCORI, Form 5500, Medicare Part D, etc.)

  • Administer benefits for Canada and limited international regions

Compensation & Total Rewards Execution

  • Partner with the SVP of People to execute compensation programs, including annual merit, bonus, and sales compensation cycles

  • Calculate and coordinate bonus payouts and compensation adjustments with accuracy and discretion

  • Prepare and distribute compensation change letters and related documentation

  • Maintain pay data accuracy across HRIS and financial systems (experience with payroll processes required, though not listed as a formal responsibility)

  • Collaborate with Finance on headcount, compensation, and benefits reporting

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Analyze utilization, cost trends, and funding performance across benefits programs

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience

  • Manage all administrative tasks directly—data entry, audits, filings, and documentation—with precision and follow-through

  • Continuously assess and improve workflows through automation and cross-functional collaboration

What You Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, or Compensation roles

  • Deep expertise managing self-insured benefit plans (required)

  • Experience supporting compensation cycles and payroll processing

  • Strong analytical and financial skills; comfort with modeling and Excel reporting

  • Familiarity with global benefits programs (Canada required; other regions a plus)

  • Proven ability to manage compliance filings and vendor partnerships

  • HRIS experience (Rippling preferred)

  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and follow-through—you close loops and deliver with accuracy

Why You’ll Love It Here

We’re human—supercharged. You’ll join a global team that values curiosity, speed, and impact.

  • Flexible PTO and wellness benefits that support you and your family

  • Professional development stipend and AI training access

  • Hybrid work model with in-office collaboration Tuesday–Thursday

  • Inclusive culture where your ideas move the business forward

Salary Range: $125,000-$150,000 (based on skills, experience, and location)
