Here is how the Total Rewards Intern role will impact our business:

The Total Rewards Intern will support the Compensation, Benefits and Payroll team in delivering programs that attract, retain, and reward our employees. This role provides hands-on experience in two major projects slated for 2026 including the HRIS/Payroll implementation and a Total Compensation Project.

The Total Rewards Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Compensation Support
    • Assist with compensation benchmarking and market research.
    • Support the preparation of reports, salary structures, and compensation review materials.
    • Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Data Analysis
    • Compile and analyze HR
    • Perform audits to ensure integrity of HR and benefits data.
  • Project & Process Support
    • Contribute to ongoing projects such as technology enhancements and program rollouts.
    • Provide administrative support for team meetings, documentation, and presentations.
    • Suggest opportunities for process improvements.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a field of study related to Human Resource Management
  • Must have at least completed sophomore year at an accredited 4-year degree program prior to the start of the internship (if an undergraduate student)
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Additional experience in clubs and campus activities and organizations also preferred
  • Remote work is being offered for this opportunity

Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states:  California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee.


Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
