Third-Party Wealth Sr. Manager The Third-Party Wealth Sr. Manager role is primarily responsible for our inbound call center functions encompassing the supervision of daily operations, call flow data, development of performance metrics and the continuous enhancement of operational processes. In addition, the role ensures the management of operational processes required to facilitate Third-Party Wealth business at the plan and participant level.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manages employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, off boarding

  • Coaches team on TIAA's value proposition to drive asset retention and growth in core retirement annuity business and retail annuities

  • Coordinates and facilitates training, coaching, development, and other supervisory tasks of team

  • Identifies opportunities to document and drive improvements to processes

  • Develops functional policies, procedures, and guidelines

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

FINRA Registrations

  • SRC Indicator: Series 6 or 7; Series 63; Series 26 or 24

Licenses and Certifications

  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days

Physical Requirements

  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

  • Series 6 or 7 & Series 63 and Series 24 or 26
  • Life/Health insurance license

Preferred:

  • 7+ years financial services experience in a leadership position
  • Experience and broad knowledge of the Wealth Product Offer
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree
  • Experience and knowledge of Third-Party Advisors business model
  • Ability to work in high paced environment
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly analyze, research and problem solve critical issues
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Base Pay Range: $97,000/yr - $141,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
