What we’re looking for:
Iodine Software is seeking a Territory Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Demand Generation & Enablement, the Territory Manager will play a pivotal role in executing Iodine’s go-to-market strategy across defined territories. This role is centered on driving outbound engagement with hospital and health system leaders, cultivating relationships that accelerate early-stage opportunity development, and supporting strategic sales initiatives in close partnership with Sales Executives (SEs).
This is not a high-volume, transactional role- it requires thoughtful research, tailored outreach, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate is both a builder and a collaborator: someone who thrives in a strategic, relationship-focused environment and is energized by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful territory growth.
What you’ll do:

Lead outbound efforts to identify and engage decision-makers across hospitals and health systems

Conduct targeted, account-based research to develop insights-driven outreach and messaging

Craft personalized value narratives aligned to prospect needs and Iodine’s differentiated capabilities

Continuously refine engagement strategies using performance data and market feedback

Partner closely with SEs to support account planning, develop pursuit strategies, and maintain continuity through the sales cycle

Participate in virtual and on-site client engagements to build trust, deepen relationships, and advance opportunities

Create and contribute to tailored materials for prospect conversations and sales motions
-
Share insights from the field- prospect feedback, market dynamics, engagement trends - with internal teams to optimize messaging and pipeline strategy
What we’d love to see:

(Required) 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or client engagement - preferably in enterprise SaaS, healthcare, or complex solution sales

(Required) Bachelors degree

(Required) Demonstrated success in pipeline generation, lead qualification, and opportunity conversion

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Groove, Salesloft) and account-based prospecting strategies

Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, Miller Heiman, MEDDPICC to guide discovery and qualification
-
Strong track record of booking qualified meetings, progressing opportunities through early stages of the funnel, and contributing to quota attainment

Experience conducting multi-threaded outreach and engaging multiple stakeholders across complex organizations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to build rapport and deliver compelling, customized messaging to senior stakeholders

Consultative sales experience with exposure to solution positioning, ROI storytelling, and objection handling

Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills

Analytical mindset - comfortable interpreting data to improve targeting, messaging, and outreach performance

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a high degree of autonomy

Motivated by long-term career growth in strategic sales roles

Willingness to travel for in-person client engagements, meetings, and events as needed

High emotional intelligence and relationship skills, and an ability to read and adapt to changing environments

Travel to and from company headquarters in Austin, Texas is required for new hire orientation, onboarding and occasional company meetings
