The Territory Manager oversees sales for the Southeastern region, focusing on building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:- Manage territory sales to meet revenue and gross margin targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty
- Support strategic growth initiatives and achieve annual sales goals
- Prepare and deliver quotations, forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
- Accurately track and report sales activities and pipeline in C4C
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and production teams to meet customer needs
- Drive new business through account expansion, prospecting, and stakeholder engagement
- Support product launches, service sales, and timely issue resolution while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and training standards
- 5+ years technical/industrial sales experience in heavy industrial environments (power, refining, petrochemical, or similar).
- Proven field sales capability with a hunter mindset.
- Mechanical aptitude sufficient to understand expansion joints, thermal movement, and equipment failure mechanisms.
- Ability to work safely in industrial plants, including HRSGs and refineries.
- Strong technical sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent preferred
