The TBA will own a portfolio of veterinary clinics in predefined territory owning customer relationship through the clinic lifecycle stages on PracticeHub software, our new online platform to streamline the prescription process and meet pet parents where they already shop today. The start of clinic journey is through enrollment on the correct program on PracticeHub and work as a trusted advisor to clinics, driving ongoing engagement to help veterinary clinics save time and grow revenue.
This role requires in-person engagement with customers in an assigned geographic territory, with responsibility for driving adoption of PracticeHub, our online platform, to streamline the prescription process and meet pet parents where they already shop today.

The base salary range for this role is $68,500 - $114,000.

What You'll Do:
- Present and promote strategic programs and services for Chewy Health to clinics, identifying the unique needs of the individual practices and advocating the correct program or service to meet their business needs.
- Grow clinic enrollment in Chewy Health services within a set geographic territory via a Master Service Agreement & and create further lead generation mechanisms.
- Drive veterinary engagement across the clinic success lifecycle through In-person clinic visits while executing strategies and tactics to increase the utilization of PracticeHub and other Chewy Health services.
- Drive usage, feature adoption, and re-activation of clinics enrolled with PracticeHub and drive behaviors that help clinics get maximum benefit from the platform
- Build deep and meaningful relationships through a partnership and consultative model while driving loyalty with veterinary professionals within your portfolio
- Primary role of field working visiting clinics in-person base town and outstation locations in the territory and be a trusted advisor for the clinic's staff; sharing best practices, identifying growth opportunities, and evaluating and analyzing individual practice needs.
- Provide content and client support to ensure clinics can seamlessly adopt and operationalize PracticeHub and associated services
- Work closely with Sales, Onboarding, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure a positive customer experience deliver on clinic success goals achievement using Chewy Health analytical tools.
- Be a veterinarian, practice team and pet parent advocate, providing ongoing feedback to Product Management and Engineering to improve the veterinarian and pet parent experience
- Think big and innovate to find new and novel ways to increase PracticeHub platform product evolution and improve client experience
- Complete all administrative requirements in a timely fashion as directed by management.
- May represent Chewy Health at local, regional, and national trade shows and exhibits to promote Chewy Health products to the animal care community.
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of overall work experience with 1+ years as an account manager or customer success manager in technology services/SAAS, eCommerce marketplace or related industries (B2B or B2C); experience in the veterinary or healthcare industries strongly preferred
- Expertise in building and managing customer relationships, increasing engagement, and growing businesses with a top-down, bottom-up approach
- History of implementing processes, methodologies, programs and/or frameworks for managing customer engagement and ongoing retention across multi-site locations
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and results in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Hands on experience with sales/CRM technologies and best practices (Salesforce, etc.), and/or Engagement or Marketing Automation Software and tools
- Data analytical skills preferably experience working on Salesforce CRM or equivalent
- Track record of taking ownership and driving results in a data-driven, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Position will require 80% of time in the field.
- Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Currently reside in Chicago, IL
Bonus:
- Experience as a veterinary technician or assistant
- History of selling into or engaging with, large and small veterinary OR medical practices in the US
- History managing and growing multi-site locations across a diverse product portfolio
- Experience with launching new technology products/services to veterinary clinics OR medical practices

- In depth experience and understanding of the veterinary profession in the US
The base salary range for this role is $68,500 - $114,000.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
