Design and implement Teradata ETL solutions using Informatica and Teradata utilities (TPT, TPump, BTEQ, FastLoad, FastExport, MultiLoad). Perform SQL development (views, stored procedures, macros, functions), Unix shell scripting, performance tuning for large data volumes, gather requirements, convert to designs, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and provide project status. Strong BI/DW knowledge and communication skills required.

- Good knowledge in Teradata concepts and Logical/physical database design
- Experience in using Teradata utilities TPT, TPump,BTEQ,fastload, fastexport and multiload.
- In-depth knowledge of Performance tuning and optimization to handle and process large volume of data in Teradata.
- Experience in SQL programming (views/store procedures/macros/functions) based on User requirements and architectural guidelines and standards..
- Good knowledge and experience on Big Data related technologies is a plus
- Good knowledge of BI/DW concepts..
- In-depth knowledge of Performance tuning and optimization to handle and process large volume of data in Teradata.
- Experience in SQL programming (views/store procedures/macros/functions) based on User requirements and architectural guidelines and standards.
- Experience in writing Unix Shell scripting is a must.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
