Forbes is seeking an experienced temporary Administrative Assistant to assist in creating the Forbes Lists, Accounting. This role reports into the Senior Editor, Accounting Lists.

Responsibilities

  • Managing spreadsheets and nominee database
  • Researching nominated CPAs
  • Handling outreach to nominated CPAs
  • Editing bios/blurbs
  • Verifying employment details and current formal titles

The ideal candidate

  • Familiarity with analytics and research methods, formulas, survey design, and statistical analysis
  • Project management experience
  • Engaging interpersonal communication skills
  • Commitment to detail and deadlines
  • Knowledge and experience in the accounting field a +
  • Bachelor’s degree a +
  • Journalism experience a +

The hourly rate for this role is $25.00 - $25.00
