Job Description SummaryAs our new Technology Program Leader, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of one or more Service Technology programs ensuring a high-quality implementation and technology experience for the business. You will need to establish strong relationships & communication across Service business functions, technology partners, and leadership to define and execute the Technology strategy aligned with the USCAN Service business priorities and mission. You will be accountable for delivering one or more Service Technology projects related to key Healthcare Technology Management strategies in the HTM ServiceNow platform.

As a Technology Program Leader, you will be responsible for aligning project deliverables to standard tools, processes and measurements and providing status reports to senior leadership. Projects span from service operations, procurement, account/contracts, integrations, bots, and document intelligence.

Job Description

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Working with technical teams to troubleshoot and test ServiceNow and Nuvolo SaaS applications with development and support teams.
  • Drive successful implementation and integration of critical Service Technology initiatives from requirements through testing and delivery.
  • Understand the data requirements, customer and business uses and system data models.
  • Ensure appropriate engagement, clear collaboration, and communication across all HTM groups and technology teams. 
  • Maintain collaboration with stakeholders across service business roles and levels to understand strategies and requirements.
  • Leverage effective change management and change acceleration processes in executing stabilization and enhancements of the Service platforms including assisting with organizational understanding & adoption, readiness, and execution.
  • Develop and roll out timely and relevant communication plans to highlight key achievements, issues, risks, etc.
  • Follow project management practices leveraging standard processes, metrics, and tools.

Quality Specific Goals:

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related business (Service and/or Technology) experience.
  • Ability to work at all levels of an organization to accomplish project activities and deliver communication. Levels should include field service teams, field leadership teams, management, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to influence and across organizations in support of technology related project objectives throughout a typical project life cycle (project initiation, requirements, design, specifications, testing, training, readiness, deployment, post go-live support).
  • Solid understanding of the Service business
  • Demonstrated experience understanding related business processes and requirements.
  • Familiarity with technology related project management practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of data/data modelling and technical integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing project plans and risk management.
  • Ability to synthesize user requirements into a unified plan, to meet key project objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Nuvolo platform.
  • Experience creating and executing plans to deliver business solutions.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills. 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to evaluate and take appropriate risk and accept/drive culture change.
