Being a Technology Partnerships Manager at iManage Means… 

You will be instrumental in driving the growth of the organization through strategic technology partnerships, alliances, and market expansion. This role requires an experienced Partner Program leader who can lead a team while also contributing individually to develop a robust partner network. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely and extensively with various internal teams including Sales, Marketing and Partner (reseller and implementation) Development to devise and execute strategies that support current technology partner processes, relations, marketplace expansion, and overall long-term success of the technology partner program. 

iM Responsible For… 

  • Leading a high-performing partnership program team. Providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members. 
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive technology partnership strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and pursuing potential Partners and opportunities with industry leaders. 
  • Leading discovery and onboarding efforts including new Partner intake, qualification meetings, and finalizing contractual agreements. 
  • Overseeing the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial discussions to contract processing, onboarding, and contract compliance. With a focus on creating stronger partnerships and working closely with the technical team to ensure successful solutions are brought to market. 
  • Driving technology partners' expansion efforts by identifying new geographic regions, market verticals, and industries for product integration opportunities. 
  • Collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, and Partner Reseller teams to develop go-to-market and referral strategies for existing Technology Partners. 
  • Incorporating consistent and effective communication plans for Partners and specific partner roles/personas for announcements, events, product updates, and revenue opportunities. 
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics (ie NPS, API consumption, market share, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of partnership initiatives. 
  • Communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities to the management team, senior leadership and other key stakeholders. 

iM Qualified Because I Have… 

  • 8+ Years experience in a strategic role within Partnerships, Alliances and/or Program Management. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Alternatively, commensurate experience in software design & development, consulting, cloud computing, and network communications may be considered in place of a formal degree. 
  • Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with third-party vendors and technology providers to support product management teams in developing platform integrations. 
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team. 
  • Experience building, creating, and driving global programs and operations that support the success of Technology Partners at a SaaS company.  
  • The ability to synthesize program initiatives and create presentation materials.  
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and strong project management skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with expanding global businesses in a cross-cultural international environment.
  • The ability to think strategically, enjoy multi-tasking, be innovative, and drive action accordingly.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $122,000–$188,000. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
