The Technology Consultant is responsible for coding new business application features that have been defined by Solution Architects and team members. Designs solutions, estimates and contributes to department and Epicor best practices. Additional responsibilities include maintenance work related to solutions (investigation and resolution of reported issues, upgrades to later releases).
What You Will Be Doing:

  • Estimates scope of work for solutions from requirements
  • Develops solutions (both internal and external to Epicor ERP)
  • Investigates and resolves reported issues
  • Designs solutions
  • Upgrades releases periodically
  • Builds trusted relationships with our customers to have a deep understanding of the customers’ needs
  • Deploys solutions to customer sites

What You Will Likely Bring:

  • Strong development background with design experience
  • Previous exposure to ERP or similar enterprise products
  • Previous functional consulting experience
  • Relevant technical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and participate in discussions with business and technical leaders
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Primarily office/remote based
  • Travel up to 10% for onsite design work or complex trouble shooting for select projects

What Could Set You Apart:

  • 3+ years applicable experience consulting and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 2+ years consulting experience preferred
  • University degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • ERP products and technology experience (C# & SQL)
  • Relevant certifications/training

Range:

Minimum: $50,000 USD Maximum: $150,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
