  • Apply front-end and documentation framework expertise (e.g., Docusaurus, content frameworks) to create consistent and high-quality developer experiences.

  • Research documentation best practices across the tech industry and other leading blockchains.

  • Proven experience creating technical documentation, including guides, code examples, and API libraries.

  • Hands-on experience with documentation frameworks and site tooling such as Docusaurus, Markdown/MDX, and static site generators.

  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts, ideally with exposure to React and modern JavaScript frameworks, to customize and extend documentation sites.

  • Ability to design, structure, and maintain scalable documentation portals that provide a polished and consistent developer experience.

  • Proficiency in writing structured content that uses variables and metadata to serve context-sensitive material to unique audiences.

  • Excellent writing and grammatical skills; content is clear, succinct, and logical.

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage expectations and maintain focus.

  • Experience supporting product release cycles in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Customer empathy; an ability to understand the technical and conceptual challenges of users trying to learn a new technology, combined with a passion to empower those individuals with the right documentation and training materials to self-serve and be successful.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with blockchain technology.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance site design and content creation for developer-facing portals.
