Introduction
Join our growing team in Austin to play a pivotal role in shaping clear, compelling technical documentation that directly impacts user experience, internal training, and sales success. After a successful first year, you will have reduced support ticket volume on specific issues, elevated our self-service support experience, and become the go-to expert in crafting documentation that simplifies complex product details for diverse audiences.
What you'll do
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (product managers, sales people, engineers) to gather and interpret technical details.
Develop and update clear, concise, user-focused documentation, including self-service articles, how-to guides, feature tutorials, sales enablement materials, internal training resources, and internal knowledge bases.
Research and write technical whitepapers and engaging blog posts focused on the product, its unique capabilities, and real-world use cases.
Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to accelerate content creation
Create and maintain a support AI chatbot (via 3rd party tools) that our customers can use to self-serve support.
Structure documentation logically and incorporate visual elements (charts, diagrams, screenshots) to enhance clarity and usability.
Ensure all documentation adheres to our company style guide and industry best practices through meticulous editing and proofreading.

An expert user of AI-driven writing tools (especially ChatGPT), skilled at using technology to improve documentation efficiency and quality.
An exceptionally clear, precise, and literal writer who thrives on making complex topics easy for anyone to understand.
Passionate about organization and structure, with proven ability to create logically arranged documentation.
Detail-oriented, consistently delivering polished, accurate, and comprehensive written materials.
A deep, analytical thinker who proactively identifies content gaps and improves documentation through user insights and data analysis.
A dedicated, reliable worker excited to collaborate in-person at our Austin office and contribute to cross-functional projects in a hybrid work environment.
