  • Troubleshoot complex issues and guide customers through vulnerability management and compliance tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Customer Advocacy teams to deliver exceptional support.
  • Grow your skills working with cutting-edge cybersecurity technology in diverse environments.
  • Contribute knowledge articles and insights that help shape our products and services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have experience in networking and both Linux & Windows OS
  • Knowledge of cloud and cybersecurity concepts
  • Customer support experience and excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and helping others succeed
  • Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Columbia, MD
  • Experience with tools like Nessus, SIEMs, virtualization, SQL, or scripting is a plus
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus
  • Must already be authorized to work permanently in the U.S.
