As part of the Software Selection Vendor Management team, you will collaborate with clients and team members to deliver quality outcomes while developing your own knowledge in technology strategy and software selection. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex business issues, mentor junior team members, and leverage your technical strengths to build meaningful client connections. - Conduct research and analysis on enterprise software products and technology trends
- Assist in defining sourcing strategies, preparing RFPs, and evaluating vendors
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to synthesize insights and develop recommendations
- Support vendor cost analysis, creation of business case and implementation plans to support the client's transformation agenda
- Contribute to impactful technology strategies and software selection
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and clear communication in discussions

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics
- At least 3 years of experience

- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Management of Technology preferred
- Certification(s) preferred: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Fundamentals, ITIL4 Foundation, or SAFe Agilist
- Supporting technology strategy and software selection engagements
- Having familiarity with major enterprise software products (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce / CRM tools)
- Understanding enterprise business processes (e.g. Record to Report, Order to Cash, Source to Pay) and how technology enables these processes
- Supporting the development of an Enterprise or System Architecture view and strategies based on current and future business capabilities

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
