ROLE OVERVIEW

Fathom is hiring a motivated, experienced Technical Sourcer to help us scale our team.

You'll partner closely with our exceptional Recruiting team to build a high-quality candidate funnel for our open Engineering roles.

We’re looking for a proven track record of identifying top talent, creative problem solving, and exceptional communication skills. We need someone who aligns with our values; highly collaborative, strong work ethic, low ego, and an ownership mentality.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of technical candidate sourcing experience in high-bar, high-growth tech environments

  • Skilled in identifying high-potential engineering candidates based on profile

  • Strong attention to detail; our bar is high and meeting it requires a nuanced viewpoint

  • Fluent in using pipeline metrics to prioritize time and identify issues

  • Thrives in low-structure startup environments, building as you go

  • Candidate-centric approach, balancing empathy with pragmatism
