Technical Services Consultant
We are looking for Technical Services Consultants to join our growing team. Our Technical Services Consultants are responsible for working closely with our clients to provide strategic guidance on using our products and technologies, gather and understand the technical and functional requirements, and ensure transparency and cohesive handover with the technical services delivery teams that will be delivering the agreed-upon products and integrations. They deliver expert guidance to clients, our partners and the larger Intapp teams to help us improve processes to ensure we are delivering a first-class service across the board.
What you will do:
Lead technical scoping of Intapp solutions and integrations
Provide analysis of client needs and integration recommendations
Lead or assist in the review of requirements and business processes to understand business processes to confirm the solution
Conduct data management and data mapping workshops as related to the proposed solution, to best support level of effort scoping and expertise needs from delivery to support
Work cross functionally with several teams including the Technical Services teams, product teams, implementation teams, professional services teams to collaborate on improvements in delivering solutions to clients
Based on screening discussions, recommend the best technological solution for their business needs, as closely aligned to best practice as possible
Document clear scope details for statements of work, including level of effort that will then dictate the project resourcing forecast and revenue margin
Lead clients to utilize industry best practices
Collaborate closely with Technical Services managers to ensure scoping documentation is comprehensive and clear, obtaining and providing any feedback as necessary to ensure continual improvement
Collaborate with Services Segment Leads and Account Managers to identify and maximize revenue and work opportunities
Participate in Sales to Delivery handover with the Delivery team, ensuring transparency and insight into sales conversations, client needs, and core KPIs of the engagement, to best define the definition of success
Subject Matter Expert of one or many Intapp Products, including but not limited to DealCloud
What you will need:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrate 5+ years of professional experience working alongside software and API development
Project management experience
Pipeline management experience
Substantial technical experience in Saas environment
Experience with providing estimates on work effort
Experience with gathering technical and functional requirements, sizing, and scalability
Results-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers
Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and strong desire to learn
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves direct customer interaction
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring effective time management and timely delivery
Demonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews, and change management
Awareness of software development life cycle with an understanding of software logic and development methodologies
Web technology awareness and understanding:
Web based Request/Response cycles
Consuming RESTful and SOAP API’s
JSON, XML, JavaScript, Groovy
Synchronous and Asynchronous communications
Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools
Data management and mapping
Enterprise software such as ERP, PMS, Financial, CRM, HR
Dell Boomi or other ETL based development platform
Cloud & SaaS
Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure
SQL Server, SSRS, SharePoint, Oracle, Exchange, Active Directory, Regular Expressions.
Issue tracking systems
Product development and software engineering experience.
Experience delivering training sessions
