Job Description Summary:

Help with necessary tasks required for SOLV Energy’s Technical Resource Team and SOLV Energy’s work order and ticket management system.
This role is fully remote. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Description:

Position Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Onboard facilities within SOLV Energy’s work order and ticket management system including applicable meta-data, locations, equipment, spare parts inventory, and preventative maintenance schedule details, utilizing available toolsets and data provided by SOLV Energy internal business, field, and technology teams. 

  • Rework facilities within SOLV Energy’s work order and ticket management system including applicable meta-data, locations, equipment, spare parts inventory, and preventative maintenance schedule details, utilizing available toolsets and data provided by SOLV Energy internal business, field, and technology team. 

  • Offboard facilities within SOLV Energy’s work order and ticket management system including applicable meta-data, locations, equipment, spare parts inventory, and preventative maintenance schedule details; generate exports of equipment, spare parts inventory, and work order history information and coordinate with Dematic to provide data export information to facility owners. 

  • Active participant in the contract to request code process within the technical resource team to set up preventative maintenance schedules to autogenerate facility work orders based on contract requirements. 

  • Protect, store, organize, and maintain internal documents within SOLV Energy’s internal filing software that is pertinent to the onboarding, rework, offboarding, and contract to request code process. 

  • Create, manage, and archive preventative maintenance schedules, as it pertains to business applications or contract requirements. 

  • Create, manage, and archive storerooms and spare parts inventory provided by SOLV Energy EPC or facility owners. 

  • Maintain SOLV Energy’s work order and ticket management system environment ensuring facility meta – data, location, equipment, spare parts inventory, and preventative maintenance schedule details are accurate and consistently updated over the contract duration. 

  • Create, manage, and archive system users limited to SOLV Energy personnel while adhering to SOX Compliance internal controls and regulations. 

  • Create, manage, and archive system web requesters including but not limited to; facility owners, owner – reps, third-party engineers, facility operators and consultants. 

  • Provide Tier 1 Support for any platform related support requests and questions through SOLV Energy’s Ticketing system, including but not limited to: SOLV Energy Personnel, facility owners, owner – reps, third-party engineers, facility operators and consultants. 

  • Interface directly with SOLV Energy Personnel users to provide system training, when applicable. 

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned 

Objectives or Goals to Measure Performance: 

  • Maintain accurate and consistent data quality within internal documents and SOLV Energy’s work order and ticket management system. 

  • Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. 

  • Timely response times to support requests, assignments, and resolution. 

  • A high standard of quality for the inventory systems. 

  • Creating innovative ways to improve workflow and quality assurance.

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of administrative experience within an IT or related organization. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of PV solar industry experience preferred but not required. 

  • Ability to thrive and collaborate in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary work environment. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Proficient use of Microsoft office tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint. 

  • Experience using task management tools including but not limited to; MS Teams, Smartsheet, or others.

Compensation Range:

$25.53 - 31.92
