About Foundation Health

Foundation Health is transforming healthcare through an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform that seamlessly connects operational infrastructure with high quality patient experiences. Our mission is to transform patient centric care by connecting fragmented infrastructure, optimizing care coordination, and removing friction from the patient journey.

This ambitious vision is only achievable with the dedication of the right team propelling us forward. We firmly believe that a supportive and inspiring work environment fuels creativity, transforming it into groundbreaking innovation. It is this very innovation that not only benefits our organization but also positively impacts our people, partners, and most importantly, our patients.

Our platform is live, trusted and growing. After raising $20m at Series A, we’re accelerating product development and building what’s next.

However, we’re at a point where growing our Sales team really matters - and we’re looking for a Sales Recruiter to help make that happen.

You’ll help us build the commercial team that takes Foundation Health to the next stage. Recruiting Senior and Enterprise-focused sales talent, who’ll focus on selling into US health systems.

You’ll own the hiring process end-to-end and play a big part in shaping what our Sales org looks like as it grows.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the main recruiting partner for our Sales roles. That means sitting down with leaders to figure out what we actually need, not just copying and pasting a job spec. You’ll help define what “good” looks like and how we assess it - moving quickly without cutting corners.

You’ll spend a lot of time finding and engaging senior sales candidates - people who aren’t actively looking but could be a great fit. You’ll need to understand how we sell and who we sell to - but most importantly, what makes someone successful in long, complex healthcare sales cycles.

Along the way, you’ll make sure candidates have a great experience, keep things organised and keep improving how we hire as the team scales.

Who You Are

You’ll need to show a track record recruiting Sales staff in the US - ideally working with teams in the Health Tech space (although not essential). You’ll understand enterprise sales roles and long deal cycles - with a keen eye on spotting strong sales talent early.

You’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders, happy collaborating across time zones and don’t get flustered when priorities shift. You’re practical, organised and care about doing things well - not just quickly.

Above all, you’ll enjoy building teams that make a real impact. You’re not just here to fill seats; you want to help create a Sales team that’s genuinely great.
