You will join a team developing state-of-the-art general-purpose robots designed to operate in human spaces and with human tools. It is designed to work alongside humans, mobilize to human spaces, and manipulate the world around it.

JOB SUMMARY 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Technical Recruiter (6 month minimum) to support our fast-paced hiring needs. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for a range of roles across the company. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES or KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and hiring strategies
  • Source qualified candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and manage candidate pipelines
  • Coordinate interviews and act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry and compliance
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR on recruiting activity
  • Assist with negotiating offers and coordinating pre-employment processes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven success in hiring for difficult-to-fill positions, requiring creative sourcing solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders.
  • Strong interest and hands-on capability in sourcing and building your own talent pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, driven, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Embodies the values of Curiosity, Humility, Integrity, Passion, and Creativity (CHIPC).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or technical environment
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments

(Preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Greenhouse is considered a plus.
  • Experience with recruiting talent in robotics software and/or complex electro-mechanical systems

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
  • Hearing and speech to communicate
