As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be involved in the full-cycle recruitment process for our technology teams. You’ll partner closely with technical leaders and drive a high-quality recruiting process that attracts exceptional talent to our organization. You’ll work hand-in-hand with engineering, product, and technical leaders to identify needs, craft sourcing strategies, and bring in the talented builders who will shape the future of our technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Help manage full-cycle recruitment process for technical teams at 8am
- Source and identify active and passive candidates by reviewing applications, contacting passive candidates, and attending recruiting/networking events
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the candidate market and competitive landscape
- Manage candidates in process by screening applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and communicating effectively with candidates in order to provide them with the best candidate experience
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process
- Effectively educate candidates on 8am and available opportunities; facilitate a positive and impactful experience
- Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics
- Organize and participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting working technical roles
- Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, as well as connect that candidate with the right opportunity
- A track record of subject matter expertise, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
- Self-motivated and focused on properly prioritizing your workload
- Ability to assess and escalate challenges, as well as make improvements to hiring workflows for optimum hiring efficiency
- Proven track record delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to efficiently and accurately maintain an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
- This position is ideally located in Austin, Texas (hybrid, 2 days per week), but open to remote candidates
