We're seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic initiatives and drive excellence in decentralized finance innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and deployment of Chaos Oracles, ensuring robust and reliable data feeds that meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and external partners to define project scope and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Drive cross-functional team efforts, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to achieve project milestones.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data provided by Chaos Oracles.
- Identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans to address challenges in project execution.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance processes, contributing to the refinement and evolution of our Chaos Oracles service.
- Facilitate team meetings and cross-departmental discussions to ensure continuous alignment and collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role in the technology sector.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technologies and experience in the DeFi space.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a focus on team dynamics and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Based in NYC with the ability to work from our Brooklyn office, or the ability to work remotely within the USA, with travel up to 30% of the year to collaborate in person with the team.
- Familiarity with Ethereum and Solana ecosystems and their associated technical stacks.
- Experience with performance optimization and data integrity assurance.
- Previous experience working with decentralized finance projects and a demonstrable passion for blockchain technology.
- Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and building strong, collaborative relationships.
