Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Program Manager who will assist with managing programs in development, integration, deployment, and expansion of our AI platform across multiple infrastructures. As the Technical Program Manager you will drive complex, cross-functional projects that deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to define requirements, create project plans, and ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field.

Recent project experience related to Generative AI(GenAI) or AIOPS/AI/CloudOPS

Experience working on RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Django REST Framework or Spring Boot

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Background in software engineering, systems architecture, or cloud technologies.

Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Demonstrated experience in scaling programs or systems in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and delivery of technical projects.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams.

Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and remove roadblocks to ensure project success.

Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, providing clear and timely updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Drive process improvements and establish best practices for project management across teams.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

Analyze data and metrics to evaluate project outcomes and inform decision-making.
