We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to partner with our Quickframe Marketplace engineering team - building a creative marketplace that connects brands with video professionals to deliver high-quality advertising content. As TPM, you’ll drive execution, bring clarity to complex initiatives, and ensure alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders. If you thrive on coordinating high-visibility technical programs, scaling processes, and accelerating delivery in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap prioritization in collaboration with engineering leadership.
- Translate product vision into scoped technical programs and execution plans.
- Drive end-to-end program delivery of managing risks, dependencies, and timelines across engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure clear communication, alignment, and documentation across teams - keeping stakeholders informed of product features, updates, and progress.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of technical program or product management experience, ideally in platform engineering or creative tools.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs from ideation to delivery.
- Technical background or familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript) is a plus.
- An understanding of data flows and basic purpose and usefulness of common terms and technologies, such as APIs, SQL, ETL pipelines, etc.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineers and designers to deliver customer-facing products.
- Expertise with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with the ability to align technical detail to business outcomes.
- Comfort managing ambiguity, context-switching across priorities, and building structure in fast-paced, evolving environments.
