BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You combine your extensive technical and project management experience to implement or upgrade networks, servers or software and complete other similar projects. You collaborate with Project Managers and empower them to identify roadblocks and overcome obstacles to complete their projects on time and within budget. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
  • Develop the program strategy to support business cases and various high-level project plans.
  • Alleviate process inaccuracies and duplication by reviewing internal or external business issues and recommending solutions.
  • Serve as a mentor to Project Managers and project leaders to educate and assist them with implementing project management processes.
  • Create and manage project management processes and methodologies to ensure delivery of project scope.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to inform on program strategy, direction and changes.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
  • Experience: Eight or more years of project management experience and IT or engineering experience; Experience managing large, complex, diverse and strategic multi-discipline technical projects that impacts the entire organization.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of full lifecycle development; Understanding of complex technical program and project budgets; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Prioritization, organizational, presentation, team development and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Proven history of analyzing and interpreting data to define KPIs and metrics.

Preferred qualifications:
PMP certification.
