We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile technical AI resource to join our team, serving as both an AI Analyst and Technical Program Manager (TPM). This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who possess deep expertise in artificial intelligence technologies, data analysis, and have proven experience managing complex technical projects from conception to delivery. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our AI initiatives, ensuring high-quality analytical insights, and overseeing program execution in alignment with strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of AI models, algorithms, and data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Monitor AI system performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven findings.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI innovation and optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate technical findings to stakeholders.
Technical Program Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI projects on time and within scope.
- Define project requirements, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.
- Ensure effective communication across teams and maintain transparency with executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years as technical program management and 3+ years of experience in AI/ML analysis and
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics techniques.
- Experience with AI frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects using agile or waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business context for diverse audiences.
The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. More information about the pay range specific to candidate location and other factors will be shared during the recruitment process. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
