About the Role: 

At Dragos, we defend the critical infrastructure that society depends on: energy, manufacturing, utilities, and more. As cyber threats targeting operational technology (OT) continue to escalate, Dragos is at the forefront of stopping real-world attacks before they cause disruption. 

We’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who can turn deep technical capabilities into compelling stories, demos, and customer value. You’ll be hands-on with the product, working alongside engineers, threat researchers, and frontline sales teams to bring our portfolio to life. 

If you enjoy building, breaking, explaining, and showcasing cutting-edge cybersecurity technology, this role gives you a platform to do it at global scale. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Bring the Platform to Life - You’ll develop a deep understanding of the Dragos portfolio, from OT protocols to adversary behaviorsand translate that into clear, differentiated value for customers. 
  • Build Demos That Win Deals - You’ll design and build real-world demo environments that simulate industrial networks and cyber threats. These demos will be immersive, story-driven experiences that help customers see exactly how Dragos protects their operations. 
  • Accelerate the Field - You’ll partner directly with Sales Engineers and account teams to sharpen technical win strategies, support high-value deals, and remove friction in the sales cycle. Your work will directly impact pipeline and revenue. 
  • Own the Technical Narrative - You’ll help define how Dragos wins in the market by developing competitive insights, technical positioning, and messaging that clearly sets us apart in OT cybersecurity. 
  • Teach, Enable, and LeadYou’ll create and deliver enablement that makes global field teams betterwhether through hands-on training, demo frameworks, or technical content that scales. 

Qualifications: 

  •  5+ years in technical product marketing, sales engineering, or cybersecurity-focused roles (bonus for OT, ICS experience.) 
  • Strong foundation in networking and cyber security.
  • Experience building demos, labs & conducting competitive analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Curiosity and passion for cybersecurity, adversary tactics, and how systems work.
  • Strong communication skillsyou can go deep with engineers and be crisp with executives.  

Compensation: 

  • Salary:  $175,000
