Technical Product Manager — Agentic AI Platform
Location: Remote | Full-time | Competitive Compensation
At Apiphani, we’re building the future of infrastructure automation through agentic AI. Our platform spans multiple product experiences — a web application, a terminal client, a lightweight server agent, and AI-powered workflows — all designed to make IT teams faster, safer, and more effective.
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape and drive these experiences forward. This role is about connecting the dots: understanding customer needs, translating them into product direction, and working side by side with engineering and design to deliver. As an early-stage hire, you’ll play a key role in defining how our product works, feels, and evolves.
What You’ll DoTalk directly to customers and translate insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities
Define and own features across the platform — from web dashboards to terminal interfaces to AI-driven automation
Write clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering
Work closely with engineering and design to ensure solutions are usable, reliable, and scalable
Balance speed-to-market with enterprise-grade requirements (security, reliability, compliance)
Help shape product strategy in partnership with leadership, bringing a user-centric lens to technical decisions
4+ years of experience in product management or technical program management
Strong technical background; able to engage deeply with engineers on APIs, data flows, and system design
Proven ability to run customer discovery — talking to users, surfacing pain points, and translating them into actionable priorities
Experience with developer tools, enterprise SaaS, or infrastructure products
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced, zero-to-one environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus
Experience with AI/LLM-powered products or agentic workflows
Familiarity with observability, IT automation, or enterprise IT systems
Hands-on coding or scripting experience (Go, Bash, PowerShell, or similar)
You’ll be part of the founding product team defining not just what we build, but how we build. You’ll get to work across surfaces (web, terminal, agent, AI) and directly with customers shaping the future of IT automation. There’s no bureaucracy here — just the opportunity to create something meaningful from the ground up.
