About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Product Manager with a strong foundation in finance and hands-on experience working at an exchange (CEX or DEX) to join our Product team. You will work across multiple verticals in a cross-functional capacity.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about product development and continuous improvement, with a user-first mindset and a deep understanding of how exchanges operate. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative, agile environments and is comfortable working closely with technical teams. Experience with blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi), particularly DEXs, is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Assist in the creation and improvement of the product, working closely with engineering and design teams.

  • User Experience (UX): Ensure the product meets the needs and expectations of users, often involving user research and feedback collection.

  • Product Strategy: Contribute to the product roadmap and strategy, aligning product goals with business objectives.

  • Feature Management: Oversee the development and implementation of new features, from ideation to launch.

  • Metrics and KPIs: Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators to inform decision-making and prioritization.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the product’s success.

Who you are:

  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager. Previous experience working at an exchange (CEX or DEX) is required.

  • Technical Background: Strong technical understanding, has been a dev, tech degree, experience with tech teams, and solid understanding of finance.

  • Finance Background: Solid understanding of financial markets and how CEXs or DEXs works; trading experience or a finance-related degree is highly desirable.

  • Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams.

  • Product-Centric Focus: Passionate about product development and improvement, with a strong user-first approach.

  • Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a flexible, adaptive work style.

  • Must be fluent in English.
