  • Drive Product Vision: Lead and define the roadmap for new healthcare technology solutions, working closely with engineering, design, clinical, and business teams.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Guide multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of product development—from ideation to launch—ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Strategic Communication: Communicate product strategy, progress, and risks to senior leadership, including Directors and VPs, through presentations and written reports.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to ensure data integrity and inform portfolio decisions. Leverage quantitative analytics for forecasting, budget planning, and performance tracking.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and align key stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions to drive decision-making and project progression.

  • Continuous Improvement: Apply best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies, and champion process improvements across teams.

  • Mentorship & Growth: Contribute to a culture of learning by mentoring junior team members and participating in ongoing training and development.

Your Day-to-Day

You’ll start your day checking in with engineering and design leads, reviewing recent test results, and troubleshooting any unexpected outcomes. You’ll work collaboratively to develop hypotheses, plan next steps, and update the product roadmap. Throughout the week, you’ll prepare concise updates for senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. You’ll also facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear agendas, actionable outcomes, and follow-up on key deliverables.
