Core Responsibilities

1. Provides technical product management services on a product, applying functional technical expertise to improve product results. Participates in the design and continuous improvement of the technical solution.

2. Coaches technical product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.

3. Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.

4. Leads the planning, development and implementation of a new technical product. Defines and analyzes technical markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.

5. Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.

6. Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.

7. Participates in the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.

8. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.Minimum of three years related work experience.

  • Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
