At Kunai, we are building the future of enterprise CRM systems by infusing them with the power of Generative AI. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling an AI-powered CRM platform designed to transform how a leading bank engages with their customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own and shape the product roadmap
- Breakdown big ideas into clear capabilities, Epics, and Stories
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Data Engineering to align goals
- Work hands-on with engineering teams from concept through release
- Drive adoption, gather feedback, and champion continuous improvement
Skills:
- 5+ years of product management experience with CRM, sales platforms, and internal tools
- Hands-on CRM expertise (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Strong technical foundation (sales enablement or data ecosystem background)
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- Banking industry experience a strong plus
- Experience working in an Agile environment required; SAFe familiarity is a plus

Salary Range: $120,000 - $165,000 annually
- This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay a Technical Product Manager. Actual compensation may vary depending on relevant factors, including experience, skills, location, and client project.

Minimum Degree Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required
