Job Summary: This position will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing vendor relationships, and leading project execution for one or more assigned projects. The position requires a strong understanding of business needs, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Vision & Strategy Execution: Translate product vision into actionable sprint goals and backlog items.
Roadmap Planning: Provide input on delivery capacity and sequencing to support roadmap execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary interface between development teams and internal business stakeholders.
Requirements Gathering: Break down business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects priorities and business value.
Sprint Planning & Execution: Lead sprint planning sessions, clarify user stories, and support the team throughout execution.
Go-to-Market Readiness: Ensure delivered features meet acceptance criteria and are ready for release.
Metrics & KPIs: Track and report on delivery metrics such as velocity, story completion, and sprint outcomes.
Minimum Requirement - Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
Critical Skills
Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a technical environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with B2B eCommerce platforms, ERP integrations, and microservices architecture is a plus.
Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations (HIPAA, HL7, etc.) preferred but not required
