Dragos is on a relentless mission to defend industrial organizations that provide us with the necessities of modern civilization; running water, functioning electricity, and safe industrial working environments. As the market leader in ICS/OT Cybersecurity, we are dedicated to arming our customers with best-in-class technology, threat intelligence, and services to protect their systems as effectively and efficiently as possible. We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We’re looking for mission-oriented teammates who embody our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a difference? Come join a mission that can save the world!

About the Role:
In this role, you’ll help define and execute the go-to-market strategy for our OT networking-based cybersecurity platform. You’ll serve as a key bridge between engineering, product, and sales, translating complex technical capabilities into clear value for customers. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in a lab, building demos, briefing customers on technical capabilities, and equipping sales teams with compelling use cases and technical collateral.
Responsibilities:

  • Technology & Product Mastery
    • Develop a deep understanding of the platform architecture, networking protocols, and security use cases.
    • Stay up to date on evolving cybersecurity threats, defensive strategies, and customer pain points.
  • Demo & Use Case Development
    • Build, script, and maintain repeatable product demonstrations that highlight differentiated value.
    • Design end-to-end use cases that align with real customer environments, including integrations with networking gear and security tools.
    • Create demo assets (videos, scripts, labs, and virtual environments) for use by sales engineers and partners.
  • Competitive Analysis & Benchmarking
    • Evaluate competitive networking and cybersecurity products through hands-on testing and technical analysis.
    • Document strengths, weaknesses, and differentiators to inform product marketing and sales enablement.
    • Support field teams with competitive positioning during customer engagements.
  • Sales Engineer Enablement
    • Partner with SA's to refine customer demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical win strategies.
    • Deliver training sessions, battlecards, and technical guides to ensure sales engineers are equipped to demonstrate the platform effectively.
    • Act as the technical escalation point for advanced demo environments and customer trials.
  • Content Creation & Thought Leadership
    • Produce technical whitepapers, solution briefs, and blog posts that communicate platform advantages in clear, compelling language.
    • Present at industry conferences, webinars, and customer workshops.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in technical marketing, sales engineering, product engineering, or related cybersecurity/networking roles.
  • Hands-on expertise in networking protocols, packet analysis, and security platforms (e.g., IDS/IPS, SIEM, firewalls).
  • Strong lab skills- able to stand up test environments, configure competitive gear, and script repeatable demos.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technology to both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience creating demo assets, proof-of-concepts, and technical enablement content for sales teams.
  • Self-starter with a passion for cybersecurity, customer success, and competitive differentiation.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $175,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan
