We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Leader to lead our development teams and drive the technical direction of our Talent Platform product. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Driving technical initiatives and initiatives execution through small, achievable milestones, ensuring team members are executing to team and department level standards

Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
