Job Summary

In this project, you will act as the primary technical leader in a dynamic, client-facing environment. You will be responsible for driving full-cycle software development—from initial estimation and architectural design through to deployment. Operating across PST and EST time zones, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy scalable, cloud-native solutions using a modern stack of Go/Java and TypeScript.

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from estimation through deployment, enabling development teams to build creative solutions.

  • Architect end-to-end solutions, identifying requirements and selecting the appropriate technologies to fulfill them.

  • Interact directly with clients and communicate technical concepts clearly and succinctly to both fellow developers and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Write and run unit tests to ensure code quality.

  • Deploy applications on cloud computing services and manage cloud instances.

  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 7+ years of recent experience using at least two of the following: Golang, Java, or Python.

  • Professional experience building front-ends using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Solid experience with cloud functions, hosting, and cloud instances (GCP, GAE, Firebase, or AWS).

  • Experience working with microservices, containers (Docker / Kubernetes), or cloud lambda functions.

  • VERY strong communication skills paired with actual leadership experience.

  • Mandatory timezone flexibility to handle PST and EST schedules regularly.

Nice to have
  • Expertise with RPC (Remote Procedure Call).

  • Hands-on experience with session management, authentication, and authorization protocols.

  • Prior experience working for an agency or a service-based organization.
