The Technical Course Developer & Lead LMS Administrator is a key role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge learning experiences for Resilinc customers and employees. This individual will combine deep instructional design expertise with strong technical acumen in AI, data platforms, and learning systems. You will be both a hands-on course developer and the primary owner of our LMS, ensuring scalability, innovation, and learner engagement. A strong technical orientation is required, with the ability to design courses on advanced topics (LangGraph, Databricks, AI/ML) and leverage emerging tools for AI-driven learning content development. You will also play a visible role in supporting live enablement programs through webinars and workshops.
What You Will Do
Technical Course Development
- Design and build highly engaging eLearning, certification programs, instructional videos, and interactive labs on technical topics including AI/ML use cases
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development, simulations, and adaptive learning experiences
- Translate complex technical workflows into clear, learner-friendly materials
LMS Administration
- Serve as the lead administrator for the LMS, managing users, course catalogs, reporting, integrations, and governance
- Optimize the LMS for scalability, analytics, and continuous improvement of the learner experience
- Partner LMS vendors on system enhancements and troubleshooting
Live Enablement Support
- Coordinate and execute webinars, virtual training events, and live workshops to support customer and internal enablement programs
- Collaborate with SMEsand facilitators to design agendas, prep materials, and manage logistics
- Provide technical production support (recording, breakout rooms, Q&A moderation, follow-up communications)
Learning Strategy & Analysis
- Conduct learning needs assessments and requirements gathering with internal stakeholders and customers
- Define learning objectives and success metrics aligned with product adoption and organizational goals
- Apply instructional design best practices to ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and measurable impact
- Partner closely with SMEs, product managers, data scientists, and engineers to extract technical knowledge and co-create accurate, impactful training
- Facilitate SME content reviews, and iterative design cycles
- Act as a trusted advisor on training approaches for technical enablement.
Quality & Innovation
- Maintain high standards of usability and compliance (SCORM/xAPI)
- Continuously evaluate, update, and improve courses to ensure technical accuracy and learner engagement
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI-driven learning and edtech innovation
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years experience in instructional design, course development, and LMS administration
- Hands-on experience building courseware on LangGraph, Databricks, or AI-related platforms
- Proficiency with authoring and media tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia
- Strong LMS administration skills (user management, reporting, integrations, SCORM/xAPI compliance)
- Familiarity with programming concepts (Python, SQL, or JavaScript) and ability to create technical training labs/simulations
- Experience with AI-assisted course design tools and generative AI for learning content
- Experience supporting live training events (webinars, workshops, virtual instructor-led sessions)
- Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear terms
