ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Technical Content Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality and accuracy of our critical documentation resources. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers and Engineers across the company to ensure our technical documentation accurately reflects the latest product updates and meets the highest standards of clarity and utility.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure new features and updates are properly described and documented/ticketed

Analyze feature changes & updates to determine the need for updates or new documentation.

Work with the API Review Board to generate and manage tickets associated with each change.

Proactively review daily Proto (API specification) change reports to track necessary API modifications.

Tie each photo change to an API Review Board ticket
-
Analyze the change and determine if documentation needs to be update/created

Create a ticket and link to feature team
-
Schedule when the change should be available in the API references

Work closely with client-facing teams to collect, evaluate and validate documentation-related "bugs" and update requests, ensuring they are accurately addressed and ready for assignment.

Prioritize & manage and work for the documentation team

Ensure internal and external documentation requests (via email, slack, etc.) are collected and properly ticketed.

Facilitate sprint planning by assisting in the creation and management of tickets across various epics.

Prioritize documentation tickets for sprint planning, taking impact and urgency into account

Monitor client usage statistics to inform documentation enhancements.

Maintain the accuracy and organization of documentation sitemaps.

Leverage AI tools to improve documentation
-
Manage updates to Service Center AI-driven documentation and leverage AI tools for testing and validating documentation quality.

Triage AI-Driven documentation changes
Education and/or Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Technical Writing, or any technical field (or equivalent work experience) required
-
2+ years of prior work experience
-
Proven experience in technical documentation or business analysis within a tech or fintech environment.
Required Skills/Abilities
-
Strong familiarity with API structures and understanding of software development processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to manage projects across multiple teams.

Proficiency in tools like Slack, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Innovative thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
