Salesforce Inc. seeks Technical Consultant in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Interact with customers, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure customer success. Design, develop and integrate Salesforce apps and components with back-office systems using modern web tools and technologies. Collaborate with technical teams and architects to finalize architectural specifications, while creating solution and integration designs. Develop proofs of concept as needed during the design and requirements phase to evaluate products and integration strategies. Validate application code using unit tests, security tests, and profiling tools. Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments. Produce project documentation, including functional and technical designs, and end-user guides. Maintain standards and best practices and educate team, while mentoring developers and learning from others. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Apex; (2) Java; (3) C#; (4) SOQL; (5) SOSL; (6) HTML; (7) JQuery; (8) JavaScript; (9) AJAX; and (10) SOAP/Rest API. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $130,250.00 - $153,400.00 per annum.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $130,250 to $153,400.For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $130,250 to $153,400.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $130,250 to $153,400.For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $130,250 to $153,400.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $130,250 to $153,400.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $130,250 to $153,400.For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $130,250 to $153,400.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $130,250 to $153,400.For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $130,250 to $153,400.
