Job Summary & Responsibilities

As a Technical Client Manager here at Brady Corp, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and Brady Corp’s Product Solutions and Services business, ensuring the delivery of tailored technical solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.


You will work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on an On-site work schedule.


In this role, you will impact client satisfaction and retention by providing expert technical guidance, managing client expectations, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that support operational excellence and growth within the Product Solutions and Services business.


Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Act as the technical point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and address client issues promptly.
  • Manage client relationships by providing ongoing technical support, conducting regular reviews, and identifying opportunities for solution enhancements.
