The Technical Business Analyst leads requirements gathering, manages project documentation, and facilitates communication among stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical feasibility.

ITTConnect is seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Servicenow) to work remotely for a client in the US. This is a position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries.
Job location: Remote, work from home, following US EST.

Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with internal client stakeholders, developers, designers, QA analysts, etc.
- Facilitates, captures, analyzes, refines, articulates, and documents business requirements, acceptance criteria and software documentation via approved processes.
- Writes Stories, documenting process flows, data processing logic and business/functional requirements. As applicable, they develop and execute verification and validation test scripts and plans, as well as assisting clients with production-based operational acceptance testing.
- Manages requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Balances business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability.
- Synthesizes complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous language.
- Ensures that appropriate project documentation is produced throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attention to details to include ability to follow written and verbal directions and error free written communication
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, tasks and coordinate various channels of communication.
- Ability to facilitate and conduct meetings while asking questions and soliciting feedback, presenting and capturing notes/requirements in various software.
Requirements
- 12+ years of IT experience and at least 8 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst
- MUST HAVE: experience with Servicenow and Agile
- Work in a fast environment with dynamically changing priorities.
- Proven experience creating functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end cross-functional software development.
- Nice to have: Telecom domain experience
