We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical partner to our customers. In this role, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with a strong customer focus, ensuring clients get the most value from our cloud solutions. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, supporting onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimization, while also collaborating with internal engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, managing inquiries via tickets, chat, phone, and video.
- Support onboarding and setup for new customers, including provisioning, customization, and training.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues with a focus on long-term solutions and clear communication.
- Partner with engineering teams to advocate for customer needs, identify product improvements, and streamline feature requests.
- Research and maintain expertise on cloud technologies such as Virtualization, Containerization, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, Docker, and Load Balancing to create customer value.
- Develop internal documentation, automation scripts, and external resources to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor critical infrastructure and tools, proactively addressing outages and performance issues to minimize customer impact.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in customer support and system administration.
- Expert-level knowledge of Linux operating systems including system administration knowledge, automation and scripting.
- Experience with cloud platforms and tools like OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, storage technologies, and troubleshooting tools.
- Proficiency with Python and version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
