As a Infrastructure Architect-Technical Lead, you will be responsible for owning large-scale initiatives and providing strategic and tactical guidance across Lilly Research Laboratories IT Infrastructure, including networking, storage, and specialized computing.  You will be building upon, improving, and refining a robust, resilient technical architecture that serves as the foundation for Laboratory and Clinical Trial Manufacturing solutions that effectively integrate with Lilly’s enterprise infrastructure architecture.

Basic Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field OR a high school diploma/GED AND at least 10 years experience working as an IT architect/engineer/tech lead.
  • 10 + years of engineering or design experience, developing complex IT infrastructure solutions
  • Experience with enterprise-scale IT infrastructure designs including networks, storage, and compute solutions.
  • Experience designing complex IT infrastructure solutions that include cybersecurity best practices
  • Certification(s) demonstrating expert-level knowledge in one or more IT infrastructure specialty areas

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$135,000 - $213,400

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
