Description

We're a stealth-mode cybersecurity startup backed by Team8, building offensive security technology for large organizations. We're post product-market fit and building out our US sales team.

About the role

You'll own new-logo enterprise deals end to end - from first meeting with a CISO or red team lead, through a scoped proof of value, to signature and expansion. You'll sell a new category to sophisticated security buyers in financial services, technology and other large enterprises, where every deal needs a sharp business case and a technical evaluation that holds up.

You'll report to our Head of Sales, work side by side with our Solution Engineers and founders on every deal, and help shape the playbook the next AEs will run. This is a quota-carrying role for someone who has done it before and wants to do it earlier, faster and with more ownership.

What you will own

  • Pipeline. Build and qualify your own pipeline across a named territory of large US enterprises - outbound, events, Team8 and investor network intros, and inbound. You don't wait for leads.
  • The full sales cycle. Discovery, executive alignment, mutual action plans, pricing, procurement, security review and close. You run 6-figure deals with multiple stakeholders and keep them moving.
  • Proof of value. With your Solution Engineer, you scope evaluations with clear success criteria, a champion and an economic buyer before they start - and you turn a strong readout into a signed contract.
  • Business case. You translate offensive security results into risk and budget language a CISO can take to the board, and you know how to position against pentesting services, BAS and other AI offensive tools.
  • Forecast and CRM hygiene. Accurate pipeline and forecast in HubSpot, every week. No surprises at quarter end.
  • Expansion. Grow landed accounts into larger, multi-year relationships.
  • Playbook and feedback. Help define our ICP, messaging and sales process, and bring what you hear from the field back to Product.
Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Cybersecurity sales experience - selling to CISOs, security leaders and red teams. Offensive security, vulnerability management or security testing is a strong plus.
  • You've closed new-logo deals of $100K+ ARR with long, multi-stakeholder cycles, including technical evaluations and enterprise procurement.
  • Experience at an early or growth-stage startup: you've sold something buyers didn't have a budget line for yet, and built pipeline from scratch.
  • A structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC or similar) that you actually use to qualify and forecast.
  • Strong existing network of security buyers in the US.
  • You write clearly, present well to executives, and can hold a technical conversation without hiding behind your SE.
  • Comfortable working with a team split between the US and Tel Aviv, and traveling to customers as needed.

The annual base salary range for this role in the US is 145,000–165,000.
