Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assembly Line Team Leader to join our manufacturing team in Princeton, IN. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, high-quality output, and a safe working environment on the production floor. Job Description

The Assembly Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the assembly line, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role acts as a liaison between team members and management, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth workflow and team performance.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and coordinate the activities of the assembly team to meet daily production targets. • Foster a positive and productive team environment. • Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust staffing as needed to maintain efficiency. • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies. • Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support. • Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications. • Communicate production issues or delays to supervisors and suggest improvements. • Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, and incidents. • Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment. • Troubleshoots any issues that arise. • Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures. • Ensure any paperwork needed is completed and signed correctly. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree preferred. • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
