- Prepare Lead Admin Report, Control Tower Report & Status Code Rejection report as per the business timelines
- Review the reports thoroughly and determine the required actions basis of the decision-making and defined process.
- Do a thorough research of the records in the reports and move to the next steps to either process or pend the transactions depending on the scenarios.
- Exercise judgment and product understanding to determine the appropriate handling of complex issues.
- Work with stateside teams/ stakeholders to calibrate, coordinate, and consolidate the reports.
- Adhere to the timelines strictly to meet the deadlines every time.
