Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking to hire a dedicated Team Leader in our office in Mason City, IA . This role is responsible for managing all administrative tasks of the area as well as supervising a team of professionals. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality-orientated and ready to work in a team-orientated, fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities:• Supervise a team and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations;• Actively participate in annual planning, weekly reviews/PDCA meetings, and Daily Level 1 and Level 2 meetings;
• Strong planning/organizational skills and communication skills.
• C oaches teams on CIL, CLM, 5S, and Oscar systems execution;
• Project ideation, generation, implementation, and project completion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work optimally in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures i.e. (lock-out / tag-out, confined space entry).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Qualifications:• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience;• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive;• Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred;• Fluent Spanish and English speaker preferred.
Benefits & Compensation Overview:

• Starting rate $33.55/hr
• Eligibility for overtime compensation
• Starting with 4 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)

Work Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts - rotating days and nights
• Works overtime as required, including weekend coverage
• Flexibility to adjust shift schedule to work with employees on other shifts as required
