How You Will Make History Here…
You will lead the strategic growth of the Campbell Snacks portfolio at Harris Teeter, driving volume, profit, and share within the salty snacks category. By building strong customer relationships and leveraging insights, you’ll shape joint business plans and deliver impactful results through cross-functional collaboration.
This is a remote position based in Charlotte, NC or surrounding areas.
What You Will Do…
Lead strategic joint planning with senior-level customer contacts
Align customer plans with internal volume, profit, and share objectives
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop insights-based strategies
Build and maintain relationships with senior customer leaders
Monitor and control sales spending and expenses
Lead a cross-functional customer team including marketing, finance, category management, shopper marketing, and supply chain
Oversee brand strategy execution and category management initiatives
Ensure compliance with Campbell policies and contractual commitments
Provide customer/channel insights to headquarters
Resolve issues and manage multiple customer-facing projects
Coach and develop team members, focusing on succession planning and performance
Drive financial performance across all Campbell Snacks categories
Travel required: approximately 15–25%.

Harris Teeter senior leadership
Internal partners including Sales Strategy, Supply Chain, Customer Planning, and Sales Finance
Cross-functional team members in Channel Marketing, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, and Sales Finance
Meals & Beverage customer team
Field execution teams
What You Bring to the Table… (Must Have)
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of related experience. Note that MBA will count for additional experience
Field sales experience calling on Harris Teeter and HQ
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven leadership and coaching abilities
Negotiation and interpersonal skills
Deep category and brand knowledge
Business planning and P&L management expertise
It Would Be Great If You Have… (Nice to Have)
Experience managing a $90MM+ portfolio
Expertise in cross-functional team leadership
Familiarity with shopper marketing and category insights
Comfort working across geographically diverse markets
Mobility for career development
Familiarity with CPG
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$151,500-$217,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
