What you will do in a Team Lead, Business Development role at Kyruus Health:
- Model and Mentor: Guide and mentor a remote team of BDRs to support both individual and team success, concurrently managing your own book of business.
- Generate and Qualify Pipeline: Lead your team in creating, nurturing, and qualifying leads through cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls to prospective customers.
- Partner on Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and refine outbound messaging and campaigns; use performance data to make informed adjustments.
- Report and Analyze: Track daily activities and outcomes. Report on key metrics weekly, quarterly, and annually to ensure targets are met.
- Operational Excellence: Champion the use of HubSpot to manage sequences and pipeline data. Identify and implement best practices to optimize performance and ROI.
- Foster a Test-and-Learn Culture: Encourage experimentation with new tools, tactics, and approaches to continuously improve team performance.
- Stay Informed: Maintain a deep understanding of Kyruus Health’s products, value propositions, and ideal customer profiles to inform team strategy and messaging.

- Kyruunauts in the Team Lead, Business Development role can move in a more linear career path to a Manager, Business Development or moving into sales as an individual contributor (e.g., Account Executive).

How You Can Grow
What you will bring:
- 1+ years of experience in an BDR Team Lead role preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, sequences, reporting, automation), Salesforce, Google Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Slack.
- Healthcare industry experience required; enterprise sales experience a big plus.
- Strong, professional communication / interpersonal skills.
- Analyze sales metrics and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for data-driven sales strategies and optimizing performance through analytics.
- Excitement for leveraging AI and automation in outbound prospecting.
- Can effectively collaborate cross functionally, take initiative and ownership, and are fiercely driven.
Compensation Information:
- Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000/year
- Other Compensation: In addition to your salary, this position is also eligible for our annual bonus program, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are a guideline and pay is based on a variety of factors including; qualifications, competencies, skill-set, and organizational needs.
