The Talent Development Management or TDM Operations Sr Associate manages the execution of learning operations by leading complex projects, consulting with stakeholders, and ensuring data accuracy within learning systems. This role serves as a subject matter expert on LMS tools, identifies process improvement opportunities, and supports operational efficiency through detailed analysis and quality assurance.

 Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Create and execute multiple project plans for learning execution, including the development of detailed timelines to meet established deadlines for department operations. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner. 
  • Stakeholder Consultation: Serve as a consultant and advisor to key stakeholders, collaborating on and defining technical solutions and data requirements that support consistent cross-functional or cross-department operations. Act as an LMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide guidance and troubleshooting to stakeholders and learners. 
  • Operational Analysis: Proactively analyze LMS operations and workflows, identifying gaps and areas of opportunity. Address communication and operational issues arising during day-to-day administration activities, making recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service. 
  • Budget management: Collaborate with manager to create program budgets and monitor actualization throughout the planning and execution process.
  • Research and Networking: Stay current on trends and potential solutions for efficiencies by researching, attending learning sessions, and maintaining connections with internal and external networks. 
  • Task Execution: Accurately and timely execute tasks in a highly complex and high-risk environment on LMS and other tools, including: Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and review learning data and requirements; entering complex compliance and learning data into systems with high accuracy and attention to detail; and conducting quality assurance on their own work and the work of others, ensuring workflows and tools function appropriately. 

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • 2+ years of relevant experience 
  • Practical knowledge of training implementation and employee development. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, education, instructional design, human resource development, or a related area. 
  • Experience with compliance training

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $72,100 - $118,800

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
